    Construction kicks off on huge Deep Ellum mixed-use project

    Developers have quietly launched construction of what will be the largest mixed-use project in Dallas’ Deep Ellum district. The Epic development is on the eastern edge of downtown at Elm Street and Good-Latimer Expressway. A project of Westdale Properties, KDC and StreetLights Residential, the development will include an office building, hotel, apartments and retail space.
