As part of its multi-family development growth initiative, particularly in the area of fee development, Legacy Alliance, a Dallas multi-family and retail real estate developer today announced the addition of Tom Ekenberg to the firm’s executive team.
Ekenberg’s reputation in construction precedes him, and bolsters the firm’s project logistics team. He has been a highly successful general contractor, developer, and project manager for over 40 years, and has built a sterling reputation for delivering construction excellence, achieving cost containment, and maintaining integrity in the process.
“There are so many details, so many directions and personalities in every project … Tom coordinates the logistics better than anyone I’ve known in this industry. His integrity, expertise and demeanor shine through,” said Partner Chris Leavell
Ekenberg is expected to add a substantial construction management energy to the firm, which recently broke ground on a fee-development luxury-apartment project in the master-planned Rim development in San Antonio and has a second site under contract.
“Tom knows the ebb and flow of situational workflows and is an expert at coordinating and communicating with all the channels. From architects, engineers and designers to sub-contractors, city officials, vendors, and community leaders, he meets each and every need and he will be vital to the San Antonio effort,” said Legacy Partner Brad DeYoung.
